Whey Protein Isolate - This form has the most available protein you can get, generally over 90% without any carbs, lactose, or fat. It is more purified than whey concentrate, and is more easily digestible because it is lactose free. It also has a high BCAA content.

Milk Protein Isolate - This contains whey and casein proteins, which places it between the digestion rate of the two. Whey digests very quickly while casein has a much slower release. This consists mostly of casein, giving the bars a rich texture.

Isomalto-oligosaccharides - These are a combination of short-chain carbohydrates that are able to resist digestion, meaning you won’t get any particularly valuable nutrients from them. Glycerine - The last major sweetener in these bars is glycerine. Another common sugar alcohol used in the food industry. This has 27 calories per teaspoon and has a lower glycemic index than sucrose.
