How to Take This Stack

Brutal 4ce: Take one (1) tablet in the morning, and one (1) tablet in the evening.

Metha-Quad Extreme: Take one (1) tablet within 1 hour of training. Do not exceed two (2) tablets daily.

PCT V: Take one (1) capsule in the morning, and one (1) capsules in the evening.

Please note that PCT V is meant to be taken the day after your cycle ends.
