Directions & Dosage

Mix 1/2 - 1 full cap (1/2 - 1 fl. oz.) of Panda Juice in 8-16 oz of water or your favorite pre-workout. Drink 20-30 minutes prior to your workout. Do not exceed 1.2 g / kg of body weight in any 24 hour period.
